Applied Discount

The Applied Discount widget displays the discount code that has been applied to the current cart or order, along with the saving amount. It is typically placed on the Cart page or Checkout page to give customers visual confirmation that their discount is active.

How to Add It

Open the Elementor editor on your Cart or Checkout page.
Search for Applied Discount in the widget panel.
Drag it onto the canvas near the cart total or order summary area.

Note: This widget only renders visible content when an active discount code has been applied to the cart session.

Common Use Cases

Place the Applied Discount widget below the Discount Code Input widget on the Cart page so customers see confirmation once their code is successfully applied. Include it in the order summary section of the Checkout page so the discount is visible alongside the final total.

Tip: Pair this widget with the Discount Code Input widget for a complete discount entry and confirmation flow.

Note: Discount codes are created and managed in Goose → Settings → Marketing & Promotions.
