Kit Contents

The Kit Contents widget displays the list of individual products included within a Goose Commerce kit (bundled) product. It is designed for use on the Product Details page of kit-type products, showing customers exactly which items are included in the bundle, along with quantities, individual prices, and optional images.

How to Add It

Open the Elementor editor on your Product Details page template.
Search for Kit Contents in the widget panel.
Drag it onto the canvas in the product information area, typically below the description.
Configure which fields to display for each kit item in the Content panel.

Note: This widget only renders content for products of the Kit type. Ensure the product is set to Kit type and component products are assigned in Goose → Products.

Common Use Cases

Use the Kit Contents widget on bundle product pages to transparently show customers everything they are getting in the package, reducing pre-purchase uncertainty. Enable Show Item Price to help customers understand the value they receive compared to buying items individually. Use Show Item Link to allow customers to click through and read full details about each component product before purchasing the kit.

Tips & Notes

Tip: Adding a short description to each component product in Goose → Products helps customers understand what each item in the kit is, even without clicking through to its individual product page.

Note: Kit products and their components are configured entirely within Goose → Products. The Kit Contents widget reads this data dynamically — no manual list entry is required in Elementor.
