View payment status, method, and transaction details for every order.
Goose Commerce records full payment information on every order. From the order screen you can instantly see how an order was paid, whether payment is confirmed, and view gateway transaction references.
Each order detail screen includes a Payment panel showing: Payment Method (e.g. Stripe, PayPal), Transaction ID from the gateway, Payment Status (Paid / Unpaid / Partially Paid), and the amount paid vs the order total.
If a payment was taken outside of the normal gateway flow (e.g. bank transfer or manual payment), you can manually mark an order as paid from the order detail screen. This updates the order status and sends the appropriate customer notification.
When a payment is processed through a gateway, the transaction ID is stored against the order. This can be used to look up the transaction directly in your payment gateway dashboard for dispute resolution or reconciliation.
From Goose → Orders, filter the order list by payment status to quickly identify unpaid or partially paid orders. This is useful for bank transfer orders awaiting manual confirmation.
