As your customer base grows, quickly locating specific accounts becomes essential. Goose Commerce provides a powerful search and filter interface across your entire customer database.
From Goose → Customers, use the search bar to find customers by name or email address. Partial matches are supported, so searching “john” will return all customers whose name or email contains that string.
Use the date range filter to find customers who registered within a specific period. This is useful for identifying cohorts of new customers from a campaign or promotion launch.
Filter customers by order count (e.g. customers who have placed more than 5 orders) or by total spend (e.g. top spenders over £500). These filters help you identify loyal customers for targeted communications.
After filtering your customer list, export the results to CSV from the Export button. The export includes customer name, email, registration date, address, order count, and total spend — suitable for use in email marketing platforms.
