Moderate, manage, and respond to customer product reviews.
Goose Commerce includes a built-in reviews system. Customers can leave star ratings and written reviews on products they have purchased. Admins have full control over moderation, publishing, and display.
Customers submit reviews using the Review Form Elementor widget on the product page. You can configure whether reviews require a verified purchase (i.e. the reviewer must have bought the product) or are open to all registered users.
Navigate to Goose → Reviews to see all pending reviews. Approve, reject, or edit any review before it goes live. Enable auto-approval for verified purchase reviews if you prefer a lower-friction workflow.
Add an admin response to any published review from the review detail screen. Your response appears below the customer review on the product page, which builds trust and shows prospective buyers that you engage with feedback.
Each product’s aggregate star rating is calculated from all approved reviews. The rating is displayed on product cards and product pages using the Product Rating Elementor widget, and is included in the Google Merchant Feed for rich snippet display in search results.
