The customer stats panel in the Goose Commerce dashboard gives you an overview of who your customers are, how many are new versus returning, and who your top spenders are.
See how many of your orders in the selected period came from new customers (first-time purchase) versus returning customers. A high returning customer rate indicates strong retention and loyalty — a key driver of long-term revenue.
Track new account registrations over time. Compare registration rates against order volumes to understand the ratio of guest to registered purchases, and identify the impact of promotions or campaigns on account creation.
The top customers table ranks your highest-spending customers by total revenue generated over the selected period. Click any customer to open their full record in Goose → Customers.
See the average customer lifetime value (total spend divided by number of customers) for the selected period. Use this metric to assess the long-term value of your customer acquisition channels.
