End User Licence Agreement (EULA) for Goose Commerce WordPress Plugin
“Plugin” refers to Goose Commerce, including all files, code, documentation, and updates provided by the Licensor.
“Licensor” refers to Goose Commerce / Green Goose Manor, a Micro-Entreprise registered in France.
“Licensee” refers to you, the person or entity acquiring a licence to use the Plugin.
“Site” refers to a single WordPress installation on a single domain or subdomain.
The Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the Plugin according to the terms of the purchased plan:
Free Plan: Use of up to 3 widgets on 1 site, indefinitely, subject to these terms.
Single Site Plan: Use of all widgets on 1 site for the duration of an active subscription.
Multi-site Plan: Use of all widgets on up to 5 sites for the duration of an active subscription.
The Licensee may not: redistribute, resell, sublicence, or share the Plugin or licence key with any third party; modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Plugin; remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks; use the Plugin in violation of any applicable law; or use the Plugin on more sites than permitted by the purchased plan.
The Plugin is the intellectual property of the Licensor. This licence does not transfer ownership of the Plugin. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by the Licensor.
Active paid subscriptions include access to Plugin updates and priority support. The Licensor is not obligated to provide updates, new features, or support beyond what is described in the current plan terms. Free plan users receive updates and community support at the Licensor’s discretion.
Paid licences are subscription-based and billed annually. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Upon expiry or cancellation, the Licensee’s access to premium widgets will be revoked, but existing store data will not be deleted.
The Licensor may terminate this licence immediately if the Licensee violates any term of this agreement. Upon termination, the Licensee must cease all use of the Plugin and delete all copies. The Licensor may also terminate free plan access at any time with 30 days’ notice.
The Plugin is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The Licensor does not warrant that the Plugin will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all WordPress configurations.
In no event shall the Licensor be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Plugin. The Licensor’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Licensee in the 12 months preceding the claim.
This agreement is governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of France.
