Every customer gets a dedicated account with full order history and profile management.
When a customer registers or places an order with account creation, Goose Commerce creates a customer record. From the admin you can view, edit, and manage every account in your store.
Access all customer accounts from Goose → Customers. Each record shows the customer’s name, email, registration date, total orders, and total spend. Click any customer to open their full profile.
The customer profile includes: Contact details (name, email, phone), Billing and shipping addresses, Order history with links to each order, Download history, Wishlist, and account status (active/suspended).
Orders can be placed without account creation. Guest orders are still stored in Goose Commerce and appear in the Orders list, but no customer account is created. If the same email places an order later with an account, orders are linked automatically.
Customers manage their own accounts via the My Account page, built with the Customer Account Elementor widget. They can view orders, update addresses, and download digital purchases from this page.
