Find any order instantly with powerful search and filtering tools.
As your store grows, being able to quickly locate specific orders becomes essential. Goose Commerce provides flexible search and filter options so you can always find what you need in seconds.
From Goose → Orders, use the search bar to find orders by: Customer name, Customer email, Order number, or Product name. Results are shown immediately as you type.
Use the status tabs at the top of the order list to view only orders with a specific status — All, Pending, Processing, Shipped, Completed, Cancelled, etc. The count next to each tab shows how many orders are in that status.
Use the date range picker to filter orders by the date they were placed. This is useful for end-of-month reporting, reviewing a specific day’s orders, or exporting orders for a particular period.
Filter the order list by payment method to, for example, view all bank transfer orders awaiting manual payment confirmation, or all Stripe orders placed in a specific period.
