Export order and transaction data for accounting, fulfilment, and reporting.
Goose Commerce lets you export your order data to CSV at any time. Use filters to narrow the export to exactly the orders you need, then open the file in any spreadsheet application.
Navigate to Goose → Orders → Export. Choose your filters — date range, order status, payment method, or product — and click Export CSV. The file downloads immediately with all matching orders.
The exported CSV includes: Order ID, Date, Customer Name, Email, Billing Address, Shipping Address, Products Ordered (with quantities and prices), Subtotal, Shipping Cost, Tax, Discounts Applied, Total, Payment Method, Transaction ID, and Order Status.
The export format is compatible with most accounting software. Use the Transaction ID column to match Goose Commerce orders with gateway records in your payment provider dashboard for monthly reconciliation.
For regular reporting, set up a consistent export schedule (e.g. weekly on Monday morning) to feed order data into your business reporting tools. The consistent column format makes automation straightforward.
