We want you to be completely satisfied with Goose Commerce. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase — no questions asked.
To request a refund, simply contact our support team through our support page with your order details. We will process your refund within 5 business days.
Refunds are available for first-time purchases of Pro and Agency plans within 30 days of payment. Renewal payments are also eligible for a refund within 30 days of the renewal charge.
Upon refund, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan. You will retain access to 3 widgets of your choice. Any premium widgets beyond the free allowance will be deactivated, but your store data and configuration will be preserved.
We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of abuse, such as repeated purchase-and-refund cycles. This policy does not affect your statutory rights under EU consumer protection law.
