By accessing or using Goose Commerce (“the Plugin”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Plugin.
Goose Commerce is a WordPress e-commerce plugin that provides Elementor-based widgets for building online stores. The Plugin integrates with Elementor to provide product display, cart, checkout, and store management functionality. Goose Commerce is a standalone e-commerce solution — WooCommerce is not required. Built-in tools are available to import existing WooCommerce products for users migrating from WooCommerce.
To use Goose Commerce, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
Goose Commerce offers a free plan (3 widgets) and paid plans (Pro and Agency). Free plan users may use 3 widgets of their choice with full functionality, indefinitely. Paid plans are billed annually and unlock additional widgets and features as described on our Pricing page.
Paid subscriptions are billed annually in advance. Prices are listed in Euros (€) and are inclusive of applicable taxes where required. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice to existing subscribers.
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Goose Commerce on the number of sites specified by your plan. Pro licences cover 1 site; Agency licences cover up to 5 sites. See our Licence Agreement for full terms.
You may not: redistribute, resell, or sublicence the Plugin; reverse-engineer or decompile the Plugin; use the Plugin for any unlawful purpose; or remove any proprietary notices from the Plugin.
Paid plan subscribers receive priority support and automatic updates for the duration of their subscription. Free plan users receive community support and may receive updates at our discretion.
Goose Commerce is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Plugin. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Plugin in the 12 months prior to the claim.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your licence to use the Plugin is revoked. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.
These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of France.
